Fish Express EOOD (“we”) processes personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. The site is aimed at restaurants, grocery chains and professional customers.

What we collect
- Inquiry from the site: name, phone, and optionally company, email and the text of the request. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in answering a business inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Hosting technical logs: IP address, browser and page visited — for security and operation of the site (legitimate interest).
- Statistics: aggregated visits through Vercel Web Analytics, only if you pressed “Accept” in the cookie bar (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not ask for special-category data (health and similar) through the site. We do not sell data.
Who we share it with
- Our host’s mail server (JetHost / mail.fishexpress-bg.eu), so the inquiry reaches fishplovdiv@gmail.com.
- Vercel — hosting the site and, with consent, web analytics. The provider is outside the EEA; the transfer uses their standard contractual clauses.
We do not use a Facebook pixel on the site. The link to Facebook is an ordinary link.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as the correspondence continues and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example accounting after a completed sale). Cookie consent — for 12 months or until you change it. Server logs — for the host’s usual period, typically up to 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, where they apply. You can withdraw consent for statistics at any time from the cookie policy — that does not affect processing already carried out. A complaint can be filed with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
