Fish Express is a company with a long tradition of importing and trading fresh and frozen fish and fish products. We supply what you need so your customers stay happy — speed and quality.
It is no accident that we earned the trust of top restaurants in Plovdiv and the region. We partner with large grocery chains across the country and deliver quality fish, fish products and delicacies to the door.
Since 2014, Fish Express EOOD has been a leading supplier for professional restaurants and grocery chains in Bulgaria. It was founded by Iliyan Grigorov, one of the co-owners of Kraybrezhna Targovska Kompania OOD, with about 20 years in the trade for southern Bulgaria and the Black Sea coast.
The plant
Our own production and processing
We make salmon gravlax, Greek-style mussels, lakerda bonito and marinated mackerel fillet in Bulgaria — no artificial preservatives, stored from −1 °C to +4 °C.
The plant was built under project BG14MFOP001-5.004-0003, “Construction of a plant for processing fish and fish products and an administrative building”, co-financed by the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund.
